Today I felt super productive, in part because the girls were actually sleeping and eating at roughly the same times. Things I got done today:
-Finished my Shutterfly baby book…it’s 83 pages and it’s only of the girls’ FIRST month. Oy vey!
-Left Daddy with both the girls and went to the grocery store. He survived by putting them in the stroller and rocking them over the cobblestones in our driveway.
-Made a dinner that wasn’t from the freezer
-Learned all the lyrics to “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” (the Broadway musical version, not the movie). I am sick of singing songs like “All the Pretty Horses” and “Mockingbird” to the girls and thought I would jazz things up a bit.
Samantha and Amelia were also pretty content just hanging out. Here’s Amelia while I sang the aforementioned “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious,” put my face obnoxiously close to hers, and then thrust my head back in rapid fashion over and over:
